Login to your account, click the burger menu and choose Withdraw. If it's possible you should always withdraw to the same payment method that you used to deposit with. There are situations where it's not possible to do so. If that's the case you'll need to choose Bank Transfer, enter the requested details and the amount you'd like to withdraw to request your withdrawal.

Please allow XX working days to pass. If you still haven't received your winnings once this time period has passed, then please send us a bank statement showing your transactions from the date that the withdrawal was requested and up until today's date. We will forward the bank statement to the Payments team and ask them to investigate why they haven't arrived yet.
As soon as they have an answer we will let you know. Please note that this might take up to XX hours.
Please read the informative message that appears when you're trying to request a withdrawal. This should tell you the reason. It can be for example;
We don't charge any fees, but a withdrawal might be subject to bank charges for currency conversions. Also, there might be other middle-hands charching an amount to process the withdrawal.
As long as the withdrawal hasn't been approved already you can cancel it yourself, either on the Deposit- or the Withdrawal page.
The minimum amount that you can withdraw is €20.
